What Data We Collect

- Contact enquiries — your name, email address, and any information you include when you submit our contact form.
- Usage data — if you consent to analytics cookies, anonymised information about how you navigate the site (pages visited, time on site, browser type). This data does not identify you personally.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and performance purposes.
We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Cookies
We use the following categories of cookies:
Strictly necessary cookies Required for the site to function. These include session and security cookies set by Cloudflare (our hosting provider). These do not require your consent.
Analytics cookies (consent required) If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised data about how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish users and sessions. Data is processed by Google LLC and stored in accordance with their privacy policy. We have enabled IP anonymisation.

Contact Form
When you submit a contact form enquiry, your message is processed by Formspree (Formspree Inc., USA) and forwarded to our email inbox. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf. Data is transferred under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses). We retain contact enquiry data for up to 24 months. Third Parties
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We work with the following processors:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery (USA, EU–US Data Privacy Framework)
- Formspree — contact form processing (USA, Standard Contractual Clauses)
- Google Analytics — website analytics, only if you consent (USA, EU–US Data Privacy Framework)
- Google Fonts — font delivery via Google’s CDN. When fonts load, your IP address is sent to Google’s servers. No cookies are set. See Google’s privacy policy.
Data Retention
- Contact enquiries: up to 24 months from receipt, or as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose.
- Analytics data: up to 26 months (Google Analytics default retention period).
- Cloudflare logs: typically 24–48 hours per Cloudflare’s standard policy.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure (“right to be forgotten”) in certain circumstances
- Restrict processing in certain circumstances
- Data portability for data processed on the basis of consent or contract
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing)

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK’s data protection authority:
